PIMS is the catalog backbone for Ailaaj One — products, brands, categories, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). Ingredients carry regulatory flags (Controlled, Schedule G) that drive Rx routing, Smart Counter sign-off, and CS Command Center prioritization.
