Order Management documentation

The Order Management module (OMS) is Ailaaj One’s full order-to-fulfillment system — every sales channel from counter and phone to API and Shopify, through confirmation, stock booking, picklists, dispatch, and sales invoices.

Status

Released — v1.5.0 (June 2026). See release notes for Dispatch Station (rider kiosk); v1.4.1 for the stage heatmap; v1.4.0 for Operations Intelligence.
