New Features

• KPI strip — Total, Global, Tenant, and Featured on Storefront counts.
• Filter tabs with counts — All Brands / Global / Tenant / Featured pill tabs in the table toolbar.
• Storefront star toggle — One-click featuring per tenant; global brands stay tenant-scoped for featuring.
• Product counts — Products column shows linked SKU count per brand.
• Brand avatars — Initials-based avatar when no logo is uploaded.

Improvements

• Replaced legacy Card/DataTable layout with pixel-aligned po-design shell matching the design handoff.
• Admin scope notice for L1 users explaining global vs tenant edit rights.

Bug Fixes

• Product count column now populated (previously always showed 0).

Known Issues

• Product counts load via a full scan of products.brand_id — may be slow for very large catalogs; batching is in place.
• Add/edit dialog retains previous shadcn styling — functional, not yet re-skinned to .br-dialog.

Notes for operators

• Featuring a global brand updates only your tenant storefront, not other tenants.
