What this release is

The Products list is the daily control room for catalogue managers — search, filter, price, and open the editor. This release refreshes the list and edit experience per the AOS-154 handoff while keeping hub sync, export, sticker print, Shopify, inline price edit, and approval flows.

Improvements

  • Compact page header — breadcrumb, actions (Sync, Export, Sticker, Add Product), and inline subtitle in one panel.
  • KPI strip — Total, Active, Unverified, and On demand counts loaded in parallel with a short cache; invalidates on create/delete.
  • Toolbar card — search, filter badge count, clear filters, and refresh in a single card above the table.
  • Product list table — status pills, sortable columns, sticky header while scrolling inside the table, and streamlined row actions (Quick edit, Edit, Delete; catalog view via product name link).
  • Quick Add dialog — sectioned layout, margin badge, Save & add another and Create & continue actions.
  • Full product editor — sticky header with metadata chips (form, brand, pack, category, cost, price), left sidebar tabs with completeness ring, amber pending-approval banner preserved, full-width layout.
  • Storefront tab — rich PDP tab builder (ProductDescriptionStudio) moved from Basic Details; simple description textarea remains on Basic Details with a pointer to Storefront.

New

  • Academy Products guide — Diataxis guide with screenshots: overview, search, filters, Quick Add, full editor, and Sticker Printer dialog.

Unchanged (by design)

  • Hub sync, CSV export, sticker print, Shopify tab, inline price/cost edit, variation groups, regulatory filter, and approval/pending-change merge logic.

Documentation

Known issues / notes

  • Products list still paginates at 20 rows per page server-side; KPI counts are tenant-wide exact counts.
  • Sticker print opens a popup for preview/print — allow popups if the browser blocks the label window.
