What this release is

Stock Transfers is the working list for inventory moving between warehouses. This release replaces the flat table with an action-first layout: open transfers that need a next step are separated from closed history, each with its own pagination, plus triage pills and fast date filters so staff can focus without losing context.

New

  • Needs your action section — pending, in transit, and in progress transfers in their own table with independent paging; closed transfers stay in All other transfers below.
  • Triage bar — three pills: Awaiting dispatch, In transit / receiving, and Needs review (mismatch attention).
  • Attention-only view — Needs review and the Filters Attention only toggle show only flagged mismatches; the open-action section hides so review work is not buried under dispatch rows.
  • Quick date presets — Last 7 / 15 / 30 days chips beside active filters for one-click range changes (default view remains last 7 days).
  • Academy guide — Diataxis Stock Transfers guide with screenshots (overview, triage, locations, filters popover).

Improvements

  • Page redesign — summary header, search, Locations popover (source + destination by store), Filters popover (status, type, product, attention, created range), and Newest/Oldest sort.
  • Active filter chips — every filter (including triage) shows as a removable chip; Clear all resets; filters persist in session and URL.
  • Attention counts — Needs review badge uses a server-side count across closed transfers, not just the current page.
  • Review action — any transfer with needs_attention gets an orange Review primary button regardless of status.
  • Hub actions preserved — Sync STRs and Create Transfer (CrossHub) when the hub scope applies; standard Create transfer unchanged.

Known issues / notes

  • Triage pills for Awaiting dispatch and In transit / receiving focus the rows currently loaded on the page; Needs review applies a server filter.
  • Default created range is Last 7 days — widen with quick presets or custom From/To in Filters.
