New Features

  • KPI strip — Total, Global library, Tenant-specific, Controlled, and Schedule G counts at a glance.
  • Scope segmented filter — All / Global / Tenant tabs in the table toolbar.
  • Status filter — All status / Active / Inactive dropdown.
  • Regulatory pills — Controlled and Schedule G badges per row, aligned with Smart Counter sign-off rules.
  • Admin notice — Dismissible L1 banner explaining global vs tenant edit rights.

Improvements

  • Replaced legacy Card/Table layout with pixel-aligned po-design shell matching the design handoff.
  • Server-side pagination with search across name and description.
  • Delete confirmation dialog with product-link warning.

Bug Fixes

Known Issues

  • Tenant scope label shows a truncated tenant UUID until a display-name lookup is added.
  • CSV import dialog retains the previous shadcn styling — functional, not yet re-skinned to .ing-dialog.
