OMS Dashboard, titled payments & catalog — Ailaaj One 1.5.4
OMS Dashboard, titled payments & catalog
Release date: 18 September 2026
Version: Ailaaj One 1.5.4
Status: Shipped to production
Who it helps: Pharmacists and CS reviewing order health, cashiers at checkout, catalog staff adding barcodes, warehouse receiving labels
In short
Reports v2 now has an OMS Dashboard — overview, orders, fulfilment, command centre, support, and financials on the same date and warehouse filters as Operational KPIs.
Cashiers can add several IBFT, card, or wallet methods with a required title. That title shows at checkout, on receipts, on IBFT QR, and in Day View. Tenant owners can change payment method on an existing invoice. Warehouse delivery charges stay optional and default off.
Catalog staff can set barcode on Quick add / Quick edit, search and sort it on the products list, and double-click to edit it immediately. Receiving can print barcode labels from a GRN.
This note also records other staff-visible ships since 1.5.3 (14 September 2026).

New
OMS Dashboard (Reports)
Reports v2 Insights now includes six OMS modules: Overview, Orders, Fulfilment, Command Centre, Support & Queries, and Order Financials. Staff guide: OMS Dashboard.
The shared Operations Intelligence date range and warehouse filters carry across these tabs and across to Operational KPIs.
- Overview includes order mix.
- First response time is a tile on the dashboard.
- Metrics with no source stay blank and name the missing source — they do not show a misleading zero.
- Command Centre queue counts are as-of now and refresh every 30 seconds; the date filter only drives its inflow comparison.
Titled payment methods and warehouse delivery charges (Smart Counter)
Staff can add several IBFT, card, or wallet methods. Each needs a title. That title is what cashiers pick, what prints, and what Day View shows.
Warehouse delivery charges stay on the sale like OMS shipping charges. They default off per warehouse.
Tenant owners can change the payment method on an existing invoice from Invoices — same store checkout titles, including credit to cash. Inventory is not touched.
OMS fulfillment writes the store payment method the cashier or order actually used, so reports can stay titled.
X990 ECR checkout (Smart Counter)
Staff can pair a Verifone X990 terminal once and take card payment from checkout.
Warehouse GRN payment default (Warehouse)
A warehouse can save its usual GRN payment mode so receiving does not re-pick it every time.
Bulk catalog price and ingredient updates (PIMS)
On Data Migration, staff can revise cost and selling price, and replace ingredients, by SKU from CSV.
Barcode on Quick add, Quick edit, and the products list (PIMS)
- Quick add product and Quick edit product include Barcode next to SKU (wider dialog).
- The products list has a Barcode column. Double-click to edit. It saves immediately — it is not held for approval.
- Search matches barcode as well as name and SKU.
- The list is sorted by Updated (newest first). After an inline barcode, price, or cost save, that product is first on page 1. Refresh keeps that order.
Print barcode labels from a GRN (Goods Received Notes)
From the GRN list or a received GRN, Print barcode labels opens the sticker dialog already loaded with that GRN’s products.
Abandoned storefront carts (CS Command Center)
Staff can see abandoned storefront carts and copy or email the existing checkout resume link. Cart recovery itself is unchanged.
Office Hub and desktop downloads on login (Platform)
The login screen offers Office Hub and public desktop installer downloads (live CDN URLs, not a broken private link).
Hub shops can turn on support-controlled SPA auto-updates (six-hour sweep) from the Updates card.
Hub-owned stores and warehouses can create and edit purchase orders on the hub.
Improved
Smart Counter
Day View filters by date and time, not date only.
Catalog remembers the last barcode sticker size.
Warehouse
Hub GRN and PO pages only show this hub’s warehouses.
Purchase order projection and draft edit show warehouse stock.
Receive progress is visible when a dispatch is retried.
PIMS
CSV product import keeps leading zeros on SKUs.
Platform
Office Hub Updates puts Automatic updates in the card grid and drops the confusing Cloud schema-fixup buttons.
Hub can advertise a shop-friendly .local LAN URL at install, and warns the shop SPA before a 7-day cloud-sync stall.
Fixed
Reports
OMS Dashboard fill rate, Rx timing, and live order scope use the correct window and warehouse.
Warehouse
Retrying a dispatch keeps dispatched quantity.
Stock-audit opening excludes post-GRN orphan lots.
Order Management
Picklist sales apply the header cart discount.
Storefront
Staff hosts on ailaaj.com are not treated as a customer storefront.
PIMS
Product image upload still works when the PC clock is slightly skewed.
A replaced rejected approval leaves the Rejected tab. The initiator filter stays in this browser.
Platform
Hub-served offline SPA skips Vercel Analytics.
Login installer downloads stay open across origins and prefer the live CDN.
Known
- Support & Queries on the OMS Dashboard reports the pharmacist consult channel and ignores the warehouse filter — consult threads do not carry a warehouse.
- Command Centre tiles are live now, not the selected date range (except inflow comparison).
- Abandoned-cart resume copies or emails the existing link — it does not change how carts are recovered.
- Barcode search and newest-first order on the products list need the
fetch_products_with_relationshipsupdates applied on that environment. - Hub SPA auto-updates are support-controlled, not a cashier toggle.
