Permissions
Anyone who can open Stock Transfers can see the lists. Which actions you can take on a given transfer depends on warehouse access and, for cross-hub transfers, hub connection.
Warehouse access
If your account is restricted to a set of warehouses, an action only appears when you have access to the warehouse it concerns:
| Action | Needs access to |
|---|---|
| Dispatch | the source warehouse |
| Rider confirm | the source warehouse |
| Complete | the destination warehouse |
Without that access the row shows View, and the button’s tooltip explains why. If your account has no warehouse restrictions, you can act on any warehouse.
Cross-hub transfers
A transfer whose source and destination sit on different hubs is a cross-hub transfer. For these:
- Dispatch requires a connected hub with the source warehouse registered on it.
- Complete requires a connected hub with the destination warehouse registered on it.
When the hub isn’t connected (or the warehouse isn’t registered on it), the action falls back to View with an explanatory tooltip. The header’s Create Transfer (CrossHub) and Sync STRs buttons appear only when a hub is connected.
Cancelling
Cancel transfer (in the ⋮ menu) is available on pending transfers and always asks for confirmation before it cancels.
