Why brand featuring matters
A brand is the manufacturer label on your SKUs — GSK, Getz Pharma, Abbott. The global library keeps names consistent across tenants; featuring lets each chain promote the manufacturers that matter on their B2C storefront without editing shared global rows.

Global library, local spotlight
Global brands are curated by platform admins — every tenant sees GSK and Sanofi. But which manufacturers appear in sponsored slots on your storefront is a tenant decision. The amber star toggles featuring for your tenant only; other chains keep their own featured set.
Why not duplicate brands?
Before featuring was tenant-scoped, teams tempted to create duplicate tenant brands for storefront promos — fragmenting product links and PO mappings. The star toggle separates identity (one global GSK row) from merchandising (featured for Karachi Central, not for Lahore DHA).
KPI visibility
The Featured on storefront KPI answers how many manufacturers are we promoting? — useful before a storefront campaign launch. Filter the Featured tab to audit the full list.
