Manage panel hospitals

Steps

  1. Go to Claims Management → Panel Hospitals (/corporate/panel-hospitals).
  2. Click Add Hospital.
  3. Enter Name (required), plus City, Phone, Address, and optional Fax.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To change a hospital later, open the pencil on its card.

Why this matters

Plans select hospitals from this directory. When a claim is linked to a panel hospital, Claims Management shows an on-panel (or off-panel) advisory during adjudication.
