Roles & access
Clinic CMS is built for three day-to-day roles inside your pharmacy or clinic tenant. This page describes what each role can open and change — not internal permission strings.

Tenant owner (practice administrator)
Full clinic administration plus everything reception and doctors do when needed.

Daily operations
Same as reception and doctors: dashboard, appointments, queue, consultations, invoices.
Doctor
Clinical work and personal configuration. Cannot change tenant-wide practice setup.

Doctors cannot open Practices, Doctors roster admin, or Admin → System → Clinic Practices. If they need a new location or practice rule changed, ask the tenant owner.
Receptionist (Reception desk)
Front-desk flow only — book, check in, queue, collect fees, invoices.

Receptionists cannot:
- Create or edit practices, locations, or prescription templates
- Open Clinical Fields, Consultation Slots, or Doctors
- Change another user’s practice assignment (Admin → Settings → Users)
