Bin recommendations

Recommendation order

Bins are scored from active warehouse locations (store_warehouse_details, status active):

Priority	Rule	Reason label
1	Same SKU already assigned to bin	Same SKU already stored here
2	Empty bin in same zone prefix	Empty bin in same zone
3	Bin in zone where same SKU exists	Matching category zone
4	Any available bin	Available bin in warehouse

Best match = highest score. Up to two alternates from the same zone prefix.

First segment of location code before ·, -, or / (e.g. A1 from A1·R3·S2·B04).

Bar fill %	`items at location / default cap (300)` — visual only
`used/cap` label	Item count at location vs default cap
N units fit	`cap − used` on best-match card

Capacity is illustrative until per-bin caps are stored in layout. Bars show relative fullness for operator guidance.

Scan or type bin code in Scan a bin barcode to override… → must match an active location in the selected warehouse.

Writes location_id and location_code on the inventory row via Confirm & Put Away.
