Export inventory
When to use this: month-end counts, auditor requests, or offline analysis in Excel.
Steps
- Set store, warehouse, expiry, and search filters as needed.
- Click Export in the page header.
- Wait for toast progress on large tenants — file downloads as
inventory_export_YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
Columns included
Store, Warehouse, Product, SKU, Batch, Quantity, Purchase Price, Selling Price, Total Value, Expiry Date, Location.
