Report a wrong suggestion

When to use this: an up-sell or substitution looks wrong — not better value, wrong strength or form, or not clinically equivalent.

Steps

  1. Tap the small flag on the up-sell or substitution suggestion.
  2. Pick a reason (e.g. Not actually better value, Wrong strength or form, Not clinically equivalent), add an optional note, and Send report.

You’re done when

The suggestion disappears from your screen immediately — “this sale isn’t affected.” The flag is sent to the Ailaaj team for review.

Good to know

  • It’s removed pharmacy-wide only once a second cashier flags the same pair (a guard against a single mistaken flag).
  • An admin or pharmacist can resolve flags directly in the Pharmacist Center.
  • Cross-sell has no flag — it’s from real sales, not AI.
