Line statuses and columns

Scope: the line list on an open reorder system, using the October demo fixture.

System status

Status	Meaning
Active	Watching SKUs. Auto-recalculation can run.
Paused	Left in place. Resume returns it to Active.
Archived	Filed. Recalculate is disabled.

The list footer counts Total, Active, Paused, and Archived.

Active, Paused, and Archived on one list. The footer counts them.

Line status

PO Needs to be Made → Awaiting Delivery → GRN Received

Dismissed sits outside that path and is hidden on Essentials.

A PO already in flight (Awaiting Delivery) keeps its line. A previous cycle’s PO Needs to be Made line does not. Those leftovers expire so the current cycle can trigger again. The header Cycle: 9 of 14 days remaining is that window.

When a line triggers

A line appears when sales velocity is above zero and stock days are at or below minimum stock days.

Term	Rule	Demo (amoxicillin group)
Sales velocity (SV)	Units per day after the X / Y / Z step-down. If the longer window is more than Limit % of the shorter one, the longer window is used	6.0 / day
Stock	Available units in the system’s warehouses, plus a share of central stock	18 units, central share 0
Stock days	(stock + central share) / SV. Missed sales are not added here	18 / 6.0 = 3.0 days
Minimum stock days	Supplier lead time + Op. Buffer. Unparsed lead time falls back to 4 days	4 + 1 = 5
Trigger	SV > 0 and stock days ≤ minimum stock days	3.0 ≤ 5, so it triggers
Order quantity	Only when triggered. Rounded up: SV × days left in the cycle − stock − central share + missed sales in the bounce window	ceil(6.0 × 9 − 18 + 6) = 42 units
Packs	ceil(units / pack size). Missing pack size rounds at unit level	pack 10 → 5 packs

REO-2201 Demo Saline 500ml is in the same universe and does not trigger: SV 2.4, 80 units, about 33 stock days, minimum 5.

Urgency on Essentials uses the stock snapshot from the trigger:

Essentials columns

Column	Meaning
SKU / Product	Primary SKU. A group row expands to members
Supplier	Supplier on the primary SKU
SV/day	Group or SKU sales velocity
In hand	Live stock in the mapped warehouses. Hover for the warehouse split
@ Trigger	Stock recorded when the line was calculated
Reorder	Packs to buy
Cost	Packs × pack size × unit cost
Status	Needs PO, Awaiting, Received, or Excluded
Triggered	When the line entered the list

Advanced columns and filters

Extra columns: Del. Days, Cash / Credit (from the latest GRN for that product and supplier), SV, Stock Qty, Stock Days, Min Days, Pack Size, Units, Packs, Cost, Status, PO Qty, PO, GRN, Comments.

Filters: search, Supplier, Status, Cash / Credit, and ranges for SV, Stock Days, Packs, Min Days.

Advanced columns on the October system. Stock Days ≤ 7 is the filter used in the tutorial.
