The four types

Substitution tiers

Equivalents are ranked by clinical equivalence:

Each row shows live stock, the price delta (green = cheaper), and molecule·form.

Outcomes of each action

Notes

  • Cross-sell has no report flag — it’s computed from real sales, not AI.
  • The customer is only charged more if the cashier actually upgrades.
