Sync products from hub
When to use this: your pharmacy runs an offline hub (desktop sync) and cloud products are behind the local mirror.
Before you start
- The tenant must be paired with a hub and the hub must be reachable on the network.
- You need hub sync permission (typically admin or catalog manager roles).
Steps
- Open Catalog → Products.
- If paired, Sync appears in the page header. The button is disabled when the hub is unreachable.
- Click Sync — the label changes to Syncing… while the refresh runs.
- When complete, review the list and KPI counts for new or updated SKUs.
If it goes wrong
